Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to use the Service. The Service is currently offered to users in India.

adorna provides AI-generated personal style analysis based on photos you submit. The analysis is intended as informational guidance, not professional styling advice, medical advice, or any form of consultation. You remain solely responsible for clothing, grooming, and purchasing decisions you make.

You sign in via Google or Facebook. You are responsible for maintaining the security of the underlying provider account and for all activity that occurs under your adorna account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

You agree not to:

• Upload photos of any person other than yourself, or photos for which you do not hold rights
• Upload illegal, obscene, or otherwise objectionable content
• Attempt to bypass paywalls, payment flows, or access controls
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the Service for competing purposes
• Use the Service to harass or harm any person

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by Razorpay. By making a purchase you agree to Razorpay's terms in addition to ours. Once a blueprint is unlocked and viewable, the purchase is considered delivered. See our Refund Policy for refund eligibility.

Your content. You retain all rights to the photos you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process those photos for the sole purpose of generating your blueprint.

Your blueprint. The blueprint generated for you is for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell or redistribute it.

Our content. The Service, including its design, copy, and underlying software, is owned by adorna and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding accuracy, completeness, or fitness of the analysis for any particular purpose. Style is subjective; results may vary.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

You may stop using the Service at any time and request account deletion via hello@adorna.me. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms or for legal reasons.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at [City, State].

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
