Refund Policy

We want every customer to feel confident in what they're paying for. This policy explains exactly when refunds are available and how to request one.
1. Scope
This policy applies to all purchases of style blueprints made through adorna.me using Razorpay or any other payment method we make available.
2. When refunds are available
We offer a full refund in the following situations:
- A technical issue on our side prevents your blueprint from being generated or unlocked after successful payment.
- You were charged twice for the same blueprint due to a payment system error.
- The payment was processed but no order was created in your account.
3. When refunds are not available
We do not offer refunds in the following situations:
- Your blueprint has been unlocked and is viewable on your account. Once delivered, the purchase is considered final — much like any other digital good.
- You disagree with the analysis or recommendations. Style is subjective; before purchasing you can review what's included on our sample and pricing pages.
- You uploaded photos that did not meet our quality guidelines (poor lighting, heavy filters, obscured silhouette). The blueprint reflects what was visible in the input.
- You change your mind after the blueprint has been delivered.
4. How to request a refund
Email refunds@adorna.me within [7] days of the transaction with:
- The email associated with your adorna account
- The Razorpay payment ID or order ID (visible on your receipt)
- A brief description of the issue
We aim to respond within two business days. Refunds, when approved, are processed via the original payment method through Razorpay.
5. Processing time
Approved refunds are typically credited within 5–7 business days from approval, depending on your bank or card issuer. UPI refunds are usually faster.
